In 2019, Nancy relocated to Cashiers, NC, a place she had visited many times over the years and had always dreamed of calling home. Without knowing anyone in the area, she took a leap of faith and made the move, which turned out to be one of the best decisions she ever made. Since then, Nancy has formed a Real Estate Team with Ken Fernandez under the Allen Tate/Pat Allen umbrella, helping buyers and sellers experience their dreams on the Plateau.
